8. Children’s Privacy

Our site and services are primarily intended for users 18 and older. However, students aged 14 – 17 may participate in our courses with verified parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 without such consent and will delete such information if we discover it was provided without permission.

Reliance on Provided Information

We rely on the accuracy of information provided in parental consent forms and user accounts. We are not responsible for any false or misleading information submitted by students or their parents or guardians. If we become aware that information was submitted fraudulently or without proper consent, we reserve the right to terminate the account and delete any associated personal data.
