1. Introduction
Welcome to Rob Porter Boarding School (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of robporterart.com (“Site”) and any online master classes or live sessions we offer (collectively, “Courses”). By using our Site or enrolling in a Course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
Our site and services are primarily intended for users 18 years of age or older. However,
individuals aged 14–17 may create an account and participate in courses only with verified parental or guardian consent. By using this site, you represent that you are either at least 18 years old, or, if you are between 14 and 17, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the services. Parents or guardians who provide consent for a minor to use the services agree that they are responsible for supervising the minor’s use of the services and any content accessed through the site. We reserve the right to request proof of age or consent at any time and may terminate accounts that do not comply with these requirements.
Reliance on Provided Information
We rely on the accuracy of information provided in parental consent forms and user accounts. We are not responsible for any false or misleading information submitted by students or their parents or guardians. If we become aware that information was submitted fraudulently or without proper consent, we reserve the right to terminate the account and delete any associated personal data.
Accuracy of Information
Users are responsible for providing truthful and accurate information during registration and purchase. Rob Porter and Rob Porter Boarding School are not liable for any damages or consequences resulting from false statements made during the registration process. We reserve the right to terminate any account found to contain false or misleading information.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your Wix-based account (name, email, payment details).
You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
3. Courses, Enrollment & Payment
Course packages and live sessions are sold via Wix’s secure payment system (Stripe, PayPal, credit/debit card).
Prices are as listed on the Site, exclusive of applicable sales tax (U.S.) or VAT (EU).
By enrolling, you authorize Wix to charge your payment method.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Refer to our Refund Policy (robporterart.com/refund) for details on EU’s 14-day withdrawal right and U.S. refund rules.
5. User Conduct
Do not use the Site or Courses for unlawful purposes.
Do not share your account or Course materials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Intellectual Property
All Course content (videos, text, graphics), the “Rob Porter Boarding School” name, and site design are owned by Rob Porter and Rob Porter Boarding School or licensed to us and protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. Personal, non-commercial use only. No copying, distribution, or derivative works without written permission.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Courses are for educational purposes only. We make no earnings or career guarantees.
All content is “as is” without warranties.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
U.S. users: governed by California law, venue in California courts.
EU users: governed by your local consumer protection laws for mandatory rights, with the right to bring claims in your country of residence.
